One of my Spaceship contest entries.
The original model was created in Groboto. Mesh brought into modo and deformed with the help of Groboto-to-modo Toolkit (polygonal selection sets and vertex weights derived from the object-based Groboto model structure). Also, Groboto-generated bitmaps used for surface displacement and color gradients.
Most of the large size is texture images.
